Finger cap styles
The XL one has a soft straight shaped silicone kernel with a 19mm finger entry point (circumference: 59mm).
Due to its shape, the regular cone shaped one has a longer extension towards the other fingers when in use.
Product
The idea behind the Finger Stylus was driven by a paralyzed client (quadriplegic) who cannot move her fingers by her own intention, even though she can move her arms and wrists. And because her finger nails are keeping her from using capacitive devices, she suggested a “big capacitive thimble”. After two iterations, a proper working generic solution was found and the designers were happy to share this now with the world.
